The atmosphere feels great and the waitress Xiomara was very friendly the whole time, might as well recommend this one dish called "Trio", extremely tasty and could eat it anytime i return to the place. 10/10 ”
“ I’ve been to La Ruana many times, but this was my first time trying the lunch special – Mojarra. For the price, you really can’t beat it. The fish was perfectly crispy, full of flavor, and came with white rice, soup, fried plantain, and a drink — a well-rounded and satisfying meal. The only hiccup was with the takeout packaging. I ordered three specials, and the soups and drinks came in foam cups with lids that didn’t seal very well. They were placed in a plastic bag without a cup holder, and as you can imagine, things got messy fast. To make it more challenging, I drive a Corolla with small cup holders. Even when I tried to set the cups in them, the lids kept popping off like they didn’t fit. Sure enough, the drinks tipped over almost immediately. Thankfully, I was still in the parking lot when it happened. The staff kindly gave me another cup and suggested I hold it instead — not the easiest way to drive home, but it worked. Overall, the food was excellent and worth the trip. I’d just recommend they upgrade the takeout packaging, especially for customers ordering multiple meals. Otherwise, La Ruana continues to be a great spot for authentic, flavorful food. ”
